I liked everything about the room. The room was very spacious and looked luxurious. I like how you guys sticked into color theme which makes it aesthetically pleasing. I love the bed, it was very comfy and I enjoyed sleeping very much. I also liked that mini bakery shop in the reception. I tried a chocolate cake in their and tasted fantastic! Lightly sweet, fresh and just what I like. I haven't tried the breakfast though.

The hotel is in excellent location and very close to Masjid Nawabi within 5 minutes walking distance. The room facilities are ok and meets your requirements. We stayed on the 13th floor and the housekeeping staff Masud Rana, Jewel really looked after their guests. Also the food on the 1st floor restaurant is very good. I recommend this hotel in Madina.

Al Aqeeq Madinah is the best hotel we have visited in Madinah (we have visited 4 others). We have rated Al Aqeeq the best from an overall point of view. Comfort, cleanliness, efficiency & friendliness of staff as well as its proximity to the haram proves some of its best features. We have to commend the following staff members Shahin, Mahidi and Kamrun from Housekeeping for always ensuring our room was clean and that we had the necessary toiletries, clean towels, a freshly made bed etc. A special thank you to Badr for kindly assisting us with our luggage. Well Done Al Aqeeq team for the excellent services provided.

This hotel stands out in Madinah for its efficient lift system. Although the lifts are small, the number of lifts ensures minimal waiting time, even during rush hours. The breakfast offered a vast and delicious selection, and we loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary Arabic coffee and tamar provided while waiting for the lifts. The concierge staff truly went above and beyond, from storing our bags after check-out to securing a proper metered taxi. Their exceptional service, along with the accommodating late check-out policy, made our stay even more memorable.

Hotel The location is excellent — just a short walk to the women’s prayer area and very convenient for reaching the Haram, nearby restaurants, and shopping centers. The room was spacious and well-built, with strong air conditioning, which was a relief given the intense heat outside. There are two entrances, front and back, which made it easy to come and go — a small detail that made a big difference. Hotel Staff The staff were incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay. I’d like to especially mention a few individuals who went above and beyond: Amjad from the Guest Relations team was outstanding. I was traveling with my family, including my elderly parents, and he quickly and smoothly arranged connecting rooms and an extra bed. Truly appreciated! Emon Sabbir from Housekeeping was consistently attentive, regularly checking in on us and ensuring our rooms were spotless. He was both professional and genuinely friendly. Abdulrahman Ahmad from the Concierge team assisted us during checkout and was very kind and courteous. A special mention also to the lady at the restaurant (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) — during our 5-night stay, she welcomed us with a warm smile every morning at breakfast and greeted my daughter with cheerful words and a friendly chat. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

This is a great hotel in an excellent location, especially if you have a family. There is a good choice of restaurants and shops in the area. The price was very good compared to other hotels of a similar standard. There was a constant supply of Arabian coffee in the foyer. The staff were friendly and very courteous. A special mention has to go to Mr Masud Rana and Jhirul for their excellent daily room service. Also Ms Sara at reception for checking in with us on a daily basis.

The staff were exceptional—very friendly and helpful. They kindly upgraded my two-room booking to a two-room suite. The room was clean, and the room service was excellent. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. This was my third stay at the hotel since 2017, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
